Hi! I’m Stephanie, a licensed clinical social worker. I work to meet individual clients, couples and families where they are through a combination of approaches. I understand the importance of utilizing your strengths and interests throughout sessions to help integrate therapy practice into your daily life. I work to help build growth and enjoy being able to see you put what you have learned into practice and achieve their goals.
When going through premarital counseling or couples counseling, it is about the couple, but also deeply about the two individuals that make up that couple. Working to strengthen or deepen a relationship with someone starts with doing that within yourself. Looking inwards and processing through our own difficulties allows us as humans to create a stronger foundation for a healthy, long lasting relationship. I believe in life that the grass is greener where you water it, and I am here to help you water yours!
