Avery DePaso, LPCA

(she/her)

Hi! I’m Avery. If you’re here, you might be navigating one of life’s gray areas—those moments of transition and uncertainty where things don’t feel so clear-cut. Discomfort is part of being human, but I don’t believe suffering has to be. My goal is to help you build a strong sense of inner safety so you can move through life’s challenges with more confidence and peace.

In session, you can expect a compassionate, creative, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I take a humanistic approach, incorporating parts work to help you understand and integrate the different aspects of yourself. I want all parts of you to feel seen, heard, and supported.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating Eating Disorders, OCD, Anxiety, and life transitions, as well as those exploring identity formation. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ adolescents and young adults, and those carrying the weight of religious trauma.

Outside of therapy, you can find me cooking, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. I believe growth happens both in and out of session, and I’d love to be part of your journey toward healing, balance, and clarity.
